How fast does outreach actually start?
Your call list is built from the businesses around your pet's last seen location as soon as the search is activated, and the first calls, texts, and emails go out in the same session. You do not have to wait for a human to review it.
Who exactly do you contact?
Veterinary clinics, animal shelters and rescues, groomers, boarding and daycare facilities, pet supply stores, and other nearby businesses whose staff are most likely to see or take in a stray.
What does the AI say on the call?
It gives your pet's name, species, breed, color, and last seen location, reads back a dedicated tip number, asks the business if they will hang a poster, and records any sighting they already have.
Will my phone number be published?
No. Each search gets its own tip line and a masked web form. Sightings route to your dashboard and alert you, and your personal number and email are never printed on the poster or read out on calls.
What is the difference between the $99 and $149 plans?
Standard Search is one round of outreach inside a 5-mile radius. Extended Search covers a 15-mile radius, repeats calls over multiple days if your pet is not found in the first round, and includes callback handling for incoming sightings.
Is this a subscription?
No. Both plans are one-time payments for a single search. Nothing renews automatically, and you can extend or widen a search later if you choose to.
